    The Fratellis did a great cover of it when they played in London last month. Just before the Hearts game in fact!

    Dion DiMucci had some great songs.
    One of the Bronx best.

    Dion was well ahead ahead of his time. He released a comeback record in 1975 called Born to Be with You that is an overlooked classic.

    Yeah, I remember that album being strongly pushed on release including the single "written on the subway wall" Great stuff .

    Dion was a really cool artist. Runaround Sue and the Wanderer are a million miles above the pop garbage today.

    Doug Sheldon did the traditional British cover version of an American hit and his Runaround Sue and was in the charts at the same time as Dion.
