    Yes you were absolutely right! Of course being an outstanding centre back yourself that had pace along with a great first touch and drive it would have been obvious to you as a fellow professional the potential that Efe showed.

    I think the point may be, at the time of them leaving their ability was too good for a club of ours to keep a hold of based on financial packages we can afford to give players.

    Great signing in the grand scheme of things. We have 3 defenders out and we have signed a player who has had over 50 caps for Nigeria. Ok, he has had a few dodgy games but he is dropping down a level.
    I remember reading your opening thread at the time and saying please make this happen.

    Pleased to see that it did and that I had the pleasure of watching Efe on a regular basis strolling through games oozing class.
