Failure to pay players is termed a remuneration default and must be reported to SPFL within 2 days of the event.
http://spfl.co.uk/docs/067_324__ther...1450456828.pdf
E17-19, page 46.
After default ( if true ) they are not allowed to register any new players.
Pay day was 26th January, when was the last loanee superstar jetted in to Govan ?

More likely to be because they are an absolutely rancid football team that still cannot defend cross balls or corners (Henderson to deliver). They play very narrow and generally get killed down the wings.
Add in recruiting appallingly in the summer, signing expensive bad players(Barton, Keirnan, Senderos) they now pay the price with insipid displays like last night against a Hearts team who now seem to raise their game against Sevco Rangers.
These are the end days of the Warburton regime.

I doubt this is true as the just paid a transfer fee for a reserve goalie. There are plenty back up goalies they could have signed for free and the fans would not have cared one way or another.
They are spending way more than they earn but seem to be surviving on directors loans for now.
Will be interesting to see how they get a licence to play in Europe though.

I thought they were singing about gardening in somewhere called old Deriwalz. Makes more sense.

yep, but will our "authorities" do anything about it, if it does prove to be true?

It's bloody complicated this gardening in what sounds like an Eastern European city with inadequate or inappropriate tools, is it any wonder that very few other sets of football fans sing so fervently about it?
I'd surrender and die faced with all that, can always start a new much simpler garden in the country your team actually plays in / you were born in?

So what do we do about the camp looking guy from the 17th century? Often seen wearing a white powder filled wig and make up, astride a horse. Belgian, or something like that? seems to have some connection to football in certain parts of Scotland?

Yes this part needs updated also. Perhaps a popular music take?
Sting, James and the fall ate revels then went off to build a fence?

If they were that skint I cant see them paying £250,000 for a second choice keeper.

They're still paying for Barton as well, aren't they? And then there's the small matter of paying Mike Ashley £4 million per annum for the next 6 years. I'm sure I heard somewhere that they're needing to get stadium improvements which could cost them anything up to £20 mil, not to mention the cost of renting another stadium while the improvements are being carried out.
