If Partisan Belgrade can be banned from European football for three years du to 'unpaid bills' (to tax authorities, etc.), how come Servco and Hearts get away with it?

IIRC, the rules weren't in place when Hearts and Rangers owed Hector.
In saying that, there is a (Celtic fan-led) campaign out there to try and prove that the SFA shouldn't have granted Rangers a licence last time they qualified for Europe.Last edited by CropleyWasGod; 15-01-2017 at 04:34 PM.
