    Gary Monk

What a good manager he is?

Would be good to see Leeds back into the Premier League.

He's also a tremendous role model to young players in terms of his personal lifestyle.

He's a good young manager. Thought he did well at Swansea too, for a good while anyway.

Monk is irrelevant - but dirty Leeds should never be anywhere.

I'll try again. The way he lives his life is a great example to young players. It's a tall order but they should all try to live like Gary.

Why do you say that 'Liberal'?

I know Leeds were seen as a dirty team in the Don Revie era, with players such as Bremner, Hunter etc, but that was forty years ago. They've since had the period when their fans caused havoc across the country, but then so did fans of other teams do the same. They've also suffered from spending too much money / poor choices at owner level, but then so have many others.

Isn't it time to take a more liberal view and say that they would be a good addition to the EPL?

Well said up. Super Leeds have been through tough times through profligate owners/gambling on success but are hopefully heading back where they belong.

    Haven't Leeds just been sold?

Maybe Monk thought he'd be emptied soon anyhow.

    Palace
    Watford
    Sunderland
    Middlesborough

Plus possibly Hull all looking for new managers. Not surprised if he shows up at one of them in the coming days.

The link says he was being offered a longer deal but he was looking at life beyond Leeds, so maybe being lined up for Watford or Palace.

Think you are on another level brother. Very few takers for your witty input.
