    Football quiz

Hi I'm doing a football quiz for the local pub a week on Sunday. Does anyone have any potential questions I can use or recommend any decent websites.

    Thanks.

I actually bought a box of football question quiz cards for a bit of fun on Christmas day, some great questions in it, far better than downloading and easy to use cards.

How about "which club were 10 minutes away from ending Hibs Scottish Cup run in 2016, only to have the striker they released score the winner in the replay?"

He was sent off but was never shown a red card as they weren't used in England in 1985. :-)

Scouse might get this one: What team were presented with losers medals in the 1992 FA cup final?

Correct. Sorted out minutes later though.

I'm sure there'll be a way the OP could frame the question to beat the Googlers.

Rectified by the players themselves when they swapped medals on the pitch.

Only player to have scored in Champions League Final, UEFA Cup Final, FA Cup Final, English League Cup Final?

It's not that difficult but quite a good one to get the brain in that way of thinking.

Only player to score in EPL, Championship, League 1, League 2, FA Cup, League Cup, Football League Trophy, FA Trophy, Champions League, Europa League, Scottish Premier League, Scottish League Cup and Scottish Cup?
