Quinn's (Brasserie) for Dundee Utd (home) - Friday 6th Jan - 19:45 KO
As has been the the norm over the last few years, Pierre is once again spending January back home in Paris and the restaurant has a cover-chef for the month of January. This year (or actually since 27th December) Anne Sophie Pic (the only female French chef to currently hold 3 Michelin stars) has been running the kitchen with her newly-formed team, honing her dishes prior to taking over at the soon to be opened Four Seasons at Ten Trinity Square (see https://howtospendit.ft.com/food-dri...rant-in-london) As is outlined in the article, her style will showcase the best of her French culinary skills and talent using classic British ingredients.
Subject to availability, we hope to be served her line-caught mackerel cooked on a teppanyaki grill. A selection of starters will be available from the 'Daily Specials' board. Coffee will be served after the match.
This weeks house wine is the ever-popular Chateau Musar 2004 from the Bekka Valley, The Lebanon and is supplied from www.robersonwine.com and is priced at £22 per bottle.
All welcome (remember - collared shirts only and strictly no jeans or trainers permitted)
