    I think what exasperates the situation (and I've found this happen in the Scotland Supporters Club site) is that when it crashes and bins people off, the tickets are still in your basket. Therefore cannot be reallocated. This gives the impression of sell outs, when all that is happening is the site has just crashed with excessive volume.

    TBH, sites like this should be more than able to handle a few thousand Hibbees logging in on a Monday morning.

    Took me 25 minutes to complete the purchase. I thought Hibs had learned the lessons after the Cup Final fiasco and upgraded the server at their end.

    Seen all of this before, the system in place is woeful, totally unfit for purpose in being unable to handle a couple thousand people wanting tickets at roughly the same time. Hibs need to have a word with Ticketmaster about serious improvements to the system

    This happens all the time with Ticketmaster.... but you are right o question this with only in the hundreds or thousands looking to but at the same time... when gigs have 10 times that!!!
