    Reckon cause its only a small amount, 5-6K, they don't allocate the resources, i.e. systems capacity or whatever, to handle a load at a time.
    Hibs will have paid for the "lite" version to save cash. If they're paying more than 10p to Ticketmaster they are being ripped off ! Also suspect the validation & interaction with Hibs database screws things up - something which is not an issue for general ticket sales. Would have been better to just have Bonnyrigg Rose or Hearts sell them.

    Same thing happened to me. You can go to your account history and there you can see the purchase with a Transaction ID. I also clicked the 'RESEND' button and an email came through a couple of minutes later.

    I just left my phone and kept checking on progress. Quite an exciting finale when I couldn't click to complete order with less than 10 seconds remaining, but realised I hadn't ticked the t&c's box, but managed a last gasp completion with a second to spare.

    Securing Kraftwerk tickets for Usher Hall was less arduous to be perfectly honest.

    Logged on to @ticketmaster on my mobile 5 mines 3 seconds later e-mail confirmation of he purchase of 2 tickets

    Checked back to my laptop still waiting

    I had that for the Scottish cup final. The person on the phone won't have tried all sections. For the Scottish final the phone guys only had access to certain sections and others would get released later and said to phone back. I got them online eventually.

    Managed to eventually get in to the site and I now have three tickets for the Roseburn. I've got 3 season tickets holders in my 'network' but when I try to add the third ticket to one of them it comes up with an error message saying "There are errors on the page. You have exceeded client quota. You must remove some seats to proceed." Anyone had that issue?

    Yeah. I have assigned the first two to me and my brother. Trying to assign the third to another ST holder and it's giving me that error message.
