Technically it would be better karma if the lion came back to life and pushed the boy off the cliff (or turned around the Danger! Steep Cliff! sign to face the opposite direction in the style of Wil.E.Coyote)...

...but, I know what you mean.

    What a shame
I fell in love with football as I was later to fall in love with women,. Suddenly, uncritically giving no thought to the pain it could bring. - Nick Hornby

I remember that story. The American guy who caused outrage by posing with a wild lion he'd killed and putting the pictures on his Facebook page? If it's the guy I'm thinking of, I think he was a dentist. It would be ironic indeed for a vet to travel the world killing animals.

I see, thanks. So a vet, of all people, really was travelling the world to kill wild animals. Now that's messed up. That photo of him with the dead lion is sickening.

Don't worry, that lion will be chucking him about like he's a ball of wool if there's an afterlife

Scotland can be a beacon, within these islands and beyond, for a socially just and sustainable society. Whilst there are many priorities which will require independence, there is also much that can and must be done now by the Scottish Parliament and the Scottish Government.

I'll never understand why people would want to do that.

I wonder if there were any other footprints near the scene of his "slip and fall".

My ex is a vet and she hates most living creatures but none so furiously as she hates me.

Probably their dads did it and their grandads did it and so they do it.

    Mindless slaughter.
