Nope not unless you watch it on a foreign stream or you live outside the UK.
It's illegal to broadcast any football games live on UK television at that time on a Saturday.

The game is live on Bein Sports at 3:15. There's loads of sites you can find Bein Sports on, and it's also on the Android app Mobdro. You won't get Mobdro in the play store but you can get it direct from their site. Just google 'mobdro apk download'.
