Less than 1000 points behind Djokovic now.
It's looking good for him becoming world number 1 over the coming months.

I watched the first set, and he looked in control. I fancy him to pick up another 500 points in Switzerland, so a win at the world tour final would see him end the year at No.1.

He plays in Vienna next week and then the Paris Masters the week after.
There's 500 points available in Vienna and 1000 in Paris.
He has 600 points to defend in Paris and nothing to defend in Vienna so if he wins both then he'll go into the World Tour Finals in very good shape. He's also only defending 200 points at the Finals and could win anything up to 1500 so if he wins that he's certainly favourite to be world number 1 by the end of the year.

Australian Nick Kyrgios has been banned for eight weeks and fined $25,000 (£20,560) by the ATP for his behaviour - including "lack of best efforts" - in last week's Shanghai Masters.
But the ATP, the governing body for men's tennis, said the ban would bereduced to three weeks if Kyrgios agrees to "a plan of care under the direction of a sports psychologist".
think i've only saw this guy play 3 times, the above treatment would benefit him i think :)
