England 124-4 even by their standards this is some collapse

They outdid themselves. The Indians will murder them.

537 all out. Didn't see that coming after Bangladesh.

India deep in the doo-doo now.

Unless the pitch deteriorates very quickly we might as well just move on to the 2nd test now.

I think it will deteriorate, may start doing a bit tomorrow but I reckon it will by day 4 and 5. Could be interesting this one.

This is the dullest test match I've watched for years. The chances of there being a result either way are practically zero.

    United we stand here....

Irony is even with a first innings lead looking likely it's probably only India can win as Cook will play very safe and bat well into day 5. Only chance of a result is an English collapse today

How bad is Australian cricket right now. Another terrible score.

England took a 49 run lead into the 2nd innings then moved on to 114 for 0 with Hameed batting extremely well.

1st Test ends in a draw, decent effort from England in light of their Bangladeshi exploits.

Tea taken early due to a dog on the pitch.

Looks like normal service is resumed - England 91-5 trailing by 364 runs.
