Scotland V Lithuania - Advice needed

Have been given tickets for the match from a friend who cant go at the last minute. Never been to a Scotland match, however the tickets are for 1 adult 2 kids and my party is 2 Adults 1 Kid, is it easy to change since they are not my tickets and if so how do i do this as its very unclear on the internet?.

Go on the TAMB & see if anybody wants to swap or if you sell them you could buy the right ones
