Tiling

Is any one on here a tiler (or know one) who could give me a rough estimate?

I'm in the process of buying a newbuild house and need to choose tiling options. My current thought is to take the basic package offered by the builder and then pay my own tiler separately to add additional tiling when the property is complete, but I don't know if that will be cheaper/too much hassle etc.

There is a bathroom, en-suite and WC, so it's a decent amount of work.

I'm also on the lookout for a tiler, around 22 square metres of floor tiles. Preferably one that has a trade account with Topps tiles as Mrs SG had seen tiles there she likes and we'd like to take advantage of the 15% trade discount (assuming the tiler was willing to pass on some of the discount).
