The club have been in touch and asked if the site would like to arrange an evening with the Scottish Cup as part of the Persevered Tour. Similar arrangements have been offered to all supporters clubs, HibsPaige, Bounce and the Facebook people whose name escapes me (sorry I don't do facebook so no offence meant!)
We have been offered dates now so I have booked the Jewel Miners Welfare Club (56 Duddingston Pk South, Edinburgh EH15 3LJ) for the evening of Thursday 3rd November.
The event will probably run from 6.30pm until 9pm. The bar will be open so please do make use of the facilities and repay the Jewel for their hosting of the night.
Now, to the numbers.
It's a big hall, and as it stands I cannot take anymore names. That said, I do expect some slippage from the original list so can everyone who has posted an interest in going, please review their stance now that we have a date and a destination - even if you can trim some numbers from your group to allow space for others? Please do confirm if you are still going \ can't go.
And do so ASAP so I can sort things out.

List updated. I've more or less given up on those in RED but you never know!
Numbers are good, but there is still room if anyone else wants in - Please PM me ASAP if you want to go. Kids are welcome but do let me know if you are bringing them along so I can amend numbers accordingly.
As for the night itself.
It's officially 7pm to 11pm we have the hall booked - If you are there between 6.30pm and 7pm we won't turn you away but we might be busy setting up the Scottish Cup
Time for Heroes will probably be showing on the big screen
Green and White is mandatory while singing and cheering goals is very much encouraged. Little 'uns wil be there so do be mindful of that when Mr Warburton appears on screen 
There will be a buffet and a raffle - Nothing extravagent (on both counts) but it's something for nothing
We'll have some sort of queue for the photo's etc but everyone will get a chance so help us to help you - I'm sure it'll work out just fine.
