Hun in works has just informed me that they are looking to try and sign Robin Van persie.
Hilarious stuff, i'm sure he wants more money than what they can offer him!
Apparently he's "desperate" to return t British football and is willing to take large pay cut!!
Tremendous levels of delusion!!!

They should bring back Derek Johnstone and get Tommy McLean on the wing as well.

RVP would not be cheap. He will be on huge wages. Big money in Turkey, with players like Gomez, Nani, RVP etc playing there.

I would say though if they had a midfield of Barton and Krankjar with RVP upfront with Waghorn they would be in with a shout of winning the Premiership.

He was very close to joining them before signing for Arsenal.
-
13-07-2016 11:26 AM #17johnbc70Left by mutual consent!
He is on £250K a week and apparently West Ham said no as he was after 'only' after £100K a week.

I think the OP made a typo in the thread title, I think it was supposed to be 'RIP to the Huns'.
No?

Is it August already or has the fringe got into full swing really early this year?

The huns on Facebook are comparing it to the 'Dutch revolution' under DA and are suggesting going back down that same route. Conveniently forgetting that every one of those Dutch starts were signed illegal and resulted in the death of their club.

Maybe something to do with their battle of the boing thing? They're normally a bit stupider than usual around then.
It's all the marching about in bowler hats and guarding walls in far away places. Erodes the brain.

Isn't it sad when previously 'Great/Famous players' have sunk to such a level that their names are being bandied about with clubs who have no real, serious connection with football - hopefully he finds out and sues whoever's responsible for such an outrage !.

If I'd a gun held at my head whilst being forced to choose one left sided attacker that would be playing for that mob next season and my options were:(a) Davie Cooper or (B) Robbin van Persie
I'D STILL SAY COOPER!!!
Dearie me, some of the ***** I read online -mainly Facebook, and mainly from the 'sky generation'makes me wonder if anybody under 40 actually has a grip on reality when it comes to Scottish football finances???

They don't get it though. They believe they have birthright by being Huns to lord it over everyone. This leads to delusion of grandeur that they just can't shake off. They are so stuck in the past that they still believe dodgy Dave when he says they will be playing in England some day. Celtic proved last night how far the food chain the OF have slipped. But their fans will also still believe they are one of European giants. Both living in the past as the great Jethro Tull sang
