New Season Ticket

My daughter's ST arrived this morning. None of the other 3 turned up. She moved seats so may well be the case that last seasons are still valid. Just have to find them now!

It would have been a nice touch to let us into the home Europa League game as part of the Season Ticket - would they have lost money if they had done so ?

Access cards for the 2016/17 season are now in the post – season ticket holders should note the following important information.
Will I receive a new card for the 2016/17 season?
For the new season we are encouraging supporters who have not had any changes to their season ticket to keep their existing card from season 2015/16.
The following groups will receive new cards for the 2016/17 season:
-New Season Ticket Holders (those who did not have a season ticket in 2015/16)
-Supporters who have changed seats for 2016/17
-Supporters who had a cup top up in 2015/16
-Supporters who have changed ticket class (e.g. moved from student to adult, or adult to senior)



I no longer have my card from last season, what should I do?
Please contact the Hibernian Ticket Office (tickets@hibernianfc.co.uk) with your name and client reference number, or visit the Ticket Office in person.



Can I use my card for the upcoming match with Motherwell and the UEFA Europa League qualifier?
The matches are not included as part of your season ticket, but you will be able to purchase your season ticket seat and add access to your card. Ticket information for both matches will be released shortly.
How do I register online?
If you haven’t used your online account before, please use the ‘Activate Account’ option, using the client reference number that is on your season ticket card.

It states on the accompanying letter that existing season ticket holders will only receive a new card if there has been a change of seat or type of ticket. If you are exactly the same as last season, you are just to retain and use last year's card. Only wee additional note is if (like me) you retained the same seat but had a cup top up last season, you will get a new card without the CTU letters on it ☺
