He has been a winner throughout his career and after his disappointment with Bolton I imagine he has a lot to prove and a real hunger to make his point. It is often said that you learn more from bad experiences and I believe that Hibs will benefit from a management team eager to win.

    IF Neil Lennon is appointed, it'll certainly be the end of any notion of Hibs being a soft touch, or too much Mr Nice Guy.
