Since 1875 Display - Thank You

Thank you to all who participated in the display and making it a cracker. We're a bit disappointed the message banner didn't end up central, but a lesson learnt there.

Thanks also to those who contributed and put in severeal hours graft to make this happen. It wouldn't have been achieved without out.

We'll continue to provide colour and noise, home and away next season and push this great up back up to the league it belongs in.

Loved the "Time for Heroes" banner, I thought it was great at the start and obviously the message turned out to be prophetic in it's nature as we got to see some heroes in action on Saturday

It looked brilliant on the TV, and I've no doubt that the players were inspired as they walked out, especially by the banner.

I started a thread on here a few days ago regarding the 'Time for Heroes ' banner and how it se the tone and was truly inspirational- a few suggested that we see if it can be housed in ER somewhere as a permanent reminder

    Well done all involved

Well done to everyone involved, outstanding stuff and as mentioned already, it set the tone for the day, it truly was a time for heroes

Can we arrange to get this permanently placed in one of the stand at ER?

Just wanted to say a big thank you to all involved .

We were in the middle of the left bank of green flags so couldn't see the effect till later when viewing the TV pictures.

    Great effort lads.

Well done to all involved and ignore those who poo poo displays. They look great, especially to the players as they come down the tunnel.

A guy on Sunday was handing out the flags from the display in the crowd. Handed my 6 year old daughter one at Pilrig. I didn't realise what it was until I checked it on Monday, when she had eventually stopped waving it, and saw the section number on the flag. Great piece of memorabilia from the day, so thanks to that guy for making my wee lassie very happy.

Great effort on the day with the display and THE DRUMMER played his part by keeping the supporters supporting the team at a time when it looked all was lost. It was indeed time for heroes.
