I'd think you would have to book in advance Andy. Been years since I got my Hibs one done (25 years in fact ) so I've no idea on cost or if they want a wee sit down chat with you to discuss the design before doing it.
Only thing I know for sure is it'll hurt like f.e.c.k on the wrist

You'd probably have to book Andy, go with recommendations. Wrist is sore but bearable. I've one on each wrist. Scott just got a cracking one on his ribs and that was agony.

I'm covered in tattoos although most of them were done a long time ago in the Far East. The sorest place is where you have less skin. I can imagine the rib cage would be agony.
In Edinburgh Red, Hot and Blue is highly recommended. Its up at Tollcross. Remember with tats you get what you pay for.

I remember being told a story about a guy who had an image of a rooster dangling from a scaffold tattooed on his lower leg.
Apparently, he won a fortune in bets by lifting up his trouser leg and proving that he had a c**k hanging down below his knee.Last edited by snooky; 16-03-2016 at 01:22 PM.

I got a big "-7" tattoo on my right arsecheek. Perfect replication of the scoreboard of the greatest game in history
Do you think your security can keep you in purity, you will not shake us off above or below. Scottish friction, Scottish fiction

Recently got one on my left calf and didn't hurt at all, and never itched during heeling either. The one on my wrist was the sorest, especially on top of the main tendon area 😖

I went to Russell at Bizarre Ink in the Grassmarket and he was top notch.
Mines is three different sized stars, but the various straight lines are all perfectly executed.
He's also done a lot of different tattoos (including freestyle) for my mate and it's all great work. As someone else has said, you get what you pay for, but this was a great price for the quality of the artistry. I plan on getting more and will definitely go back there.
