A phrase that is well overused and usually without further context so it means absolutely **** all.PM Awards General Poster of The Year 2015, 2016, 2017. Probably robbed in other years

The minute one of them starts answering a question with the word 'listen' you know they're going to go off on a complete tangent and get nowhere near answering the original point.

Any of the wide variety of noises made during PMQs which are not actual words.
In fact, just any of the words used during PMQs full stop. Complete waste of time and of absolutely zero benefit to our democracy.

Ed Milliband used to say 'let me answer that directly...' before spouting a lot of waffle and not answering the question at all

'Free' services...a recent SNP flyer I received through the door had a long list of all the free things they have provided Scotland.
I was amazed for example that further eduction is free in Scotland..I mean all those lecturers and staff providing their services for nothing, now that is impressive.
