Agreed - I anticipate a drunken nedfest. Let's hike them up so only the REAL fans like myself who are both asset-rich and have a huge disposable income can afford to attend.

Give me 5,000 well dressed and impeccably behaved men, before 13,500 coarse-tongued plebs any day of the week.

    You two can't be serious?

Surely dangling your rods out here for a bite? Ridiculous comments if not.

    Wheatfield for me.

    Seems fair to me.

Hoping for the Gorgie stand but will settle for the Wheatfield. At 6'3" I doubt I could even squueze into the rows in the asbestos relic.

Dbs has tough planted, not sure about the other.

Good prices, but slightly odd, would have expected 20 and 10.

    Can't complain mind.

Your obliviously new around here - DBS is our resident upper class fashionista - tweed was a staple of his wardrobe well before these hipsters began wearing it in the last 12 months!

Every game is a fashion parade.....in his mind.

Figured that after reading DBS' comment again

    Hook, Line...

Prices for a football game can never be too low. Twenty's plenty.

DBS has taken in more folk than that Vlad guy who did a disappearing act from Gorgie a few years.

I'm one of the first to criticise the circus that is the SPFL so I think it's only fair to applaud them for this pricing policy. Proper prices & a great opportunity for young fans to enjoy a big occasion.

Anyone be kind enough to estimate what our allocation would be in numbers?

At a guess 14,000 going up to nearly 15,000 if upper N becomes available to Hibs

Thought it only holds around 16k? If so, no chance we'll have 15k.

I do think that £20 a ticket will make it harder for non season ticket holders to get a ticket because more people will be tempted to go.

According to a quick Wiki search on Tynecastle our alloation will be around 13,000.

6000 in the Wheatfield ,3500 in the Gorgie plus the majority of the Main Stand (it holds 4,700).

So it costs £22 to watch Hibs v Livingston in a championship league game, yet only £20 to watch the semi-final of the league cup against a premiership side.
Somebody has their figures wrong here.

Seriously, I wouldn't have batted an eyelid at £25 and as the two semi-final gates get pulled then split 4 ways, this was a good chance to screw some money out of the dodgers.

Now we need to know how many loyalty points will guarantee a ticket, after ST & Share holders get tickets?

Would have thought anyone around 150 or so points will get a ticket during the 1st round. After that, not sure where it will go
