I can't stand any comedian who bases much of their act around something about themselves that really isn't that funny:
Julian Clary - Being gay. Constantly making cringey innuendos. That might have been a bit shocking and edgy about 25 years ago. It's just tedious now.
Sarah Millican - Being female. There are many very funny comediennes out there. It's a shame the one that gets thrust in our faces at every opportunity relies on tired cliches.PM Awards General Poster of The Year 2015, 2016, 2017. Probably robbed in other years

Plus I think that all 4 of the comedians above (Bishop's not really my cup of tea, but each to their own) have some extremely funny routines. Given that most of them built themselves up in their local areas, if they relied on their accent alone, I think they may not have done very well at all.
