    Injured players

Yesterday, none of the following players were in the squad:

    Fontaine
    Fyvie
    El Alagui
    Handling
    Keatings
    Feruz
    Anier
    Forster
    Eckersley

Aware Handling and Forster are long term injuries and Fontaine probably just wasn't risked but does anyone know about the rest? Was sure Keatings and Feruz were minor injuries and they'd be back this week, El Alagui isn't far off now (though he hasn't been far off now for about a month) but what about the others? Anier and Eckersley haven't featured for us at all, and we've heard nothing on Fyvie since he was injured. Really glad we have such a large squad right now.

Forster is long term? I didn't realise that. How long is he out? I thought it was nothing too serious.

Fontaine just had a niggle and when you have as good cover as McGregor why risk him?
In his post match interview Stubbs said the international break will give time for Fyvie, Keatings and another (can't remember who) to all train with the first team and get some match fitness.
Though he scored 3 in a bounce match El Alagui is a wee bit off returning to first team games. From the sounds of it he'll play in more bounce games before playing in a competitive first team match.

Forster is due back in training next week akong with feruz, keatings and fyvie according toStubbsy. He also said eckerley and anier would be a few weeks behind the 4 above. Personally think fyvie will struggle to get back in given the form of bartley mcginn hendo and dylan.

IT was Fyfie Keatings a Feruz and Foster back in training next week I thought .Someone else on another thread said Anier would be as well be that was pre match but he defo didn't confirm that in his post match interview with Hibs tv
He also did make it clear Alagui won't be rushed and that his recovery time had taken longer than expected so would be surprised if he makes first team before November and even at that it sounds like he will be given time to get fully fit and some development games under his belt before being risked as he talked about needing to build up his strength as well as match fitness
