Surprised he didn't go the MLS.
Let's hope we can add another couple more before season starts.

If Saturday might be too soon for him ? Does that mean he has signed ?

It is a very positive sign and speaks volumes for the reputation Stubbs has clearly gained as an up and coming coach "doing the right things". McGinn was attracting interest from SPFL teams and teams down south.
As fans I think we need to ignore the sensationalism journalism that is forced down our throats every day by lazy reporters who are measured by the column inches they supply rather than the quality of the content. We will never get rid of the Old Firm bias in our national press or media but we can focus on what Hibs are trying to do and support it in the most positive way by turning up and cheering them on!

Friend of mine used to play with him at St.Mirren where Mcginn had the very interesting nickname Meatbawheid.. Says he is a technically excellent football player that has managed to keep progressing year on year.

McGinn, although he had other offers from England and the Spl, he has chosen us, this says a lot about where Hibernian are going. We have had imho really good signings so far this season, i honestly think we will be a good entertaining solid team this campaign. LD and AS have been the best thing to happen to us in the last ten years 👍🏻

Under Stubbs it's quality and not quantity. Pleased with signing if it materialises.
Well done the Hibees.

Do we know St Mirrens fans views on him ? He rejected a new contract and maybe wanted out after the pole spiking incident !

Very much a Sellic fan is Mr McGinn, like the rest of his family.
St Mirren pal of mine is adamant a fee has not been agreed but surely Hibs would not make a blunder like that. Taking it to a tribunal could backfire horribly...
He's a busy wee player who gets stuck in but the penalty area is nosebleed territory for him.
Only been training on his own, so probably a bit away from match fitness.
