Extremely late to the party, but...

Does anyone still have an 88-90 shirt for sale?

The purple one I have signed by Sir David. Second would be the top in the final.

As long as the top is green with white sleeves, there really is no debate.
I prefer the emerald ones but the recent bottle green ones were OK especially the 15/16 one which will forever be iconic.

nah. the all white collar and sleeves version a la Turnbulls' tornadoes...those hooped collar and cuffs didn't quite make it iconic...

Green and white from Turnbull's Tornadoes era.

No need for an away strip.

An iconic one very fondly remembered.

My first Hibs game was January 93 but i didn't really take to the Bukta one at all. The one I loved most was the first one I saw them play as a season ticket holder - the Calor gas 94/95 one with the striped sleeves. Controversial as it was very different but I did like it.

My favourite non-hibs top was the grandad collar Newcastle one from about 95 or 96.

I actually really liked the bottle green one from two seasons ago.

HATED the split colour Crabbies one of 2012/2013 IMHO
The one I hated most was the Man City one from about 82 that my mums mate bought me. Seemed to be made from barbed wire and hair from a camels privates. Utterly horrible to wear!
Ok - this freaked me out. I hadn't realised this was an old thread that's been dredged up. I read this chap's comment and thought, **** me, I totally agree with this!!! Then I realised it was actually me who wrote it...

No alchol was consumed tonight either. Boo.

What about the shorts and socks though? Traditionalists prefer white shorts with green socks, but I've always liked the look of white socks.

Seconded but with the white socks. First time I saw them with plain white socks was against Aberdeen I think, when Paddy broke Clarke’s shut out record and Joe Baker made his second debut. What a day ........

I've got the Calor Mitre home top, ace condition with no pulls or bobbles, size 42-44 (about a large in today's money) that I'd be willing to swap (for an adidas/Umbro/2015-16 home top) or sell if anyone wants it. And the purple Bukta one from the years before. Please fire us a PM if you're interested...

An under rated effort for me is the bottle green away kit we had circa 2008, really like that one.
