Had the great joy this morning getting into the motor and realising I had a puncture. When checking I saw a bolt in one of the treads
Firstly can a low profile tyre be repaird or does it need replaced? The tyre is only a month old.
Secondly if it can be repaird any recommendations of where to take it?

I think it depends on where the puncture is and how bad it is. Could be wrong on that though.
Redpath tyres at the gyle do repairs - they'd be able to tell you.

If it's on the tread then just take it to the nearest tyre centre. Some of them will try and tell you it can't be repaired as the puncture is on the sidewall, but if you can see yourself where the hole is you'll be fine.

Cheers guys. As the bolt is still clearly stuck in the tread it should be able to be fixed.
