    Out of your list Danny out for most of the season. Think Sam may move on either permanent or more likely season loan and Martin still very young though like the look of him. McCabe may only come in if Scott leaves IMO.

    I think you may be correct as I don't think McCabe was in any way an original target for AS. If we do make him an offer though it means he's obviously impressed in training, both on & off the park. I must admit my vague memory of RM was mainly from Scotland U 21 & I wasn't hugely impressed but my objectivity could easily have been influenced by my distaste for all things Sevcoish. I'm still not convinced we'll go for RM but I totally trust AS & his judgement.

    Cant remember much of Rhys McCabe however can recall he had a great game in an OF match at Ibrox. He does fit the profile of Allan and Fyvie though and he will be keen to get back playing regularly. How long he will be keen to hold on at Hibs without signing will be another thing.

    Yeah mate I think your right with Stanton although he's impressed the last couple of games, agree with Martin too. Hope we do sign McCabe however as Iv been impressed before when iv seen him and imo would add real strength and depth in our squad.

    I thought he was a wee bit disappointing last week in saying that like every other player went missing second half. Always expect him to do better than he does IMO and wouldnt be a huge surprise to see him leave the club.

    Whether we could afford him has nothing to do with it, Stokes is not the type of player he wants at ER, too much baggage and can be trouble in the dressing room.
