    Martin Boyle

Stubbs said on TV that he's getting an op tomorrow. Any idea the extend of his injury?

He was at Ainslie Park on Sunday for the Hibs Ladies SWPL cup semi final, with his right leg in a plastic brace and walking with crutches. Didn't look too comfortable.

If Stubbs is talking about him going in for an operation, does that mean we are offering him a deal?

He said medial ligaments maybe tidying up his cartilage at same time. Certainly hope it isnt a cruciate which would have him out for 9-12 months.

More of a concern for Dundee I would have thought.

He's out of contract so doubt they'll be too concerned.

Biggest concern for Boyle is the impact it'll have on his pace.

And possibly where he's playing his football next season.

Sounds like a minor tidying up op. Hope we sign him as he will IMO only get better and better.

Its a tidy up...not a bad one. He'll be ready for to take part in pre-season training. I expect us to give him a one year contract.
