    Becoming a PM is £10 a year. You get access to the PM board and other various things like a .net email addy, priority when the boards get busy. There are other things too but I'm no expert, I just pay it cause .net continue to help Hibs whenever they can. I'm sure an Mikey or someone will be able to tell you more. 
