Bang average but unbeaten and scoring ****loads of goals.
I wish we were so 'bang average'.

Big Huns win suits Hibs, as it reduces our gap on Hearts, providing we win too

I don't think Hearts will lose the game.
To me it comes down to who we would rather play if we get into the plays-off.
Currently I would suggest that is The Rangers.

Never want any of those two to win, add to that they're both well ahead of us on points then the best result for us has to be a draw. Throw in no goals, lots of red cards and a few niggling injuries and I'll consider it a good result.

Hearts to win. Our best chance of going up this season is if they win the league. They are the best team in the league and the best team will win the league. Can't run away from the fact that describing them as bang average says something about us. When May comes, the results could very well show, that being bang average, was what was needed to come out on top.

Always go by what would be in Hibs' best interests. I suppose a draw, with a cluster of red cards, injuries to key players on both sides and massive crowd trouble would be acceptable. But that would mean neither set of bigots would be miserable at the end so I might reluctantly go for a scrappy 1 goal win for the big Huns.

I hope Rangers hammer them this week and Celtic hammer them next week.
They then lose their confidence and don't win another game this season.
Also want them to get loads of red cards.

Hearts winning 1-0 at 86 mins then there's a floodlight failure. No repair possible (obviously), so the game's called off, then rescheduled after the New Year when the Hibees have made up some of the deficit. Plus, bans and injuries for both sides, meaning each is weakened to face us on 27/12 and 3/1. That'll do me

Until tnis morning i was more just a draw would do type of opinion.
Now, on watching BT Sports this morning with some girl in The Diggers and the same old 5-1 hand signals and some old goat on being asked what he thinks the score will be........5-1 to Hearts, surprise surprise.......i really really want them to get absolutely humped today and by Celtc. I just don't care any more, i think we'll be in the play-offs anyway and just seeing the manky ones on TV made me firlmly change my mind to your way of thinking as well!

I despise both clubs and large elements of their supports.
I think it will be a draw. Thomson will ensure his club don't lose. It should be interesting to see if he emerges without any controversial decision(s) in their favour again today.
However, having said that, I would love to see the smug looks wiped off the Yaks fans faces, and stop the Yaks love-in going on in the media at the moment, if the newco were to win today.
Whatever happens, it goes without saying, Hibs need to take all 3 points today.

A drab, boring 0-0 draw featuring a couple of red cards and long term injuries that ruins both fans Saturdays for a few hours and Hibs take advantage of a small slip up by both teams by winning comfortably in Dumbarton.

Interesting to hear Budge say promotion this year is worth a 'minimum of £1 million'.

Assuming they win promotion that is. Or have they already assumed that promotion is assured?
When will they ever learn? I would have thought a club that has experienced an "Albert Kidd moment" would know better by now.

Hearts need no further reason to be so horribly up themselves. Can't for the life of me think why any one would want them to win.

Did I just hear McCoist say Moshni has been on international duty?
Where is he from? San Marino? Andorra? Gibraltar? He surely can't be from a country with anything resembling a decent team.PM Awards General Poster of The Year 2015, 2016, 2017. Probably robbed in other years

Looking at the away end.... Looks like der Hun are only getting half that stand with the diet Huns getting the remainder.
As for the result..... As others have mentioned I hate both but want the yam roasters beaten every single game.
Defeat of any kind for the yams with a few red cards would be excellent.
