It's one of the better Channel 5 dramas of the past few months, still not great though.
Love rat and finders keepers was a bit of a let down for me

The 2 main characters just have the same expression throughout

    Angry face
    Worried face

It's quite funny but I don't think it's meant to be

Aye, I said earlier in the thread that whoever commissioned these Channel 5 dramas is having a 'mare.

Discovered Sleepy Hollow, I think there are around 50 episodes.
There is no such thing as too much yarn, just not enough time.

I've been watching this quite a lot this week, I'd seen some episodes and highlights but not all of it.

I find it absolutely hilarious although it's so bizarre I'm a bit wary of recommending it as I could see it being an acquired taste.
I generally think Matt Berry is more miss than hit, but tried the first episode and didn’t quite make it to the end thinking it was poor. I did however see a compilation of “Hi Steven, it’s Clem Fandango. Can you hear me”. Running jokes like that are very much up my street. Will give it a few more episodes to see if it lands, or if I still don’t like it.

I really enjoyed it, got a bit sillier towards the end, although it was always a bit mental! ☺️

    The Gentlemen.

First episode in and it’s looking like it’s going to be great old school Guy Ritchie.
Started this at the weekend. I'm really enjoying it. My wife is too... but I can't tell if she actually likes it or if it is just because of Theo James.

Rewatching Toast of London on gold still cracks me up.
Same here. The gay scene voiceover nearly gave me hysterics!

We really recognised the voice of the guy who plays Stanley Johnston but couldn’t place it. Just looked it up and he’s the voice of the native Sonos AI.

Watched the first couple of episodes of Passenger, not sure what to make of it at all.
Anybody else watching this? 4 episodes down and still not sure what to make of it, it's certainly different though.

Watched 3 so far. Seems to be a bit of Happy Valley meets predator.

I binged Blue Lights last night. I’d seen it mentioned on here and kept meaning to watch it. Great TV. Annoyed at myself for not watching it sooner. Less wait time for season 2 though I suppose. Hopefully they add all episodes for streaming right away.

    Spot on

It's got an early 90's vibe to it with the police cars and the house decor but nah it's actually ment to be in the present day

Halfway through this and think it's brilliant. I just twigged that Theo James was in the Inbetweeners movie from way back....

I really want to see that but Disney just feels like a subscription too far - have Netflix, Prime, Sky, TNT, Viaplay, Apple TV already…

I know what you mean I do a bit of jumping in and out so if there’s nothing I fancy on Netflix for example I take a month or 2 out take another like Disney and watch what I can on that then go back and catch up with what’s been added to Netflix in that time away it’s a lot of money to have them all sitting

  24. #6803
We get Netflix via Sky and I use a mates Disney account login.

Apple TV if you hunt about for codes there’s usually a few around don’t think I have ever paid for it expect forgetting to cancel at the end of a deal.

Yep. Obviously typecast as drug-related characters

Watched the first couple of episodes of The Twelve on STV Player, I've already watched the original Belgian version on All4 which looks like turning out to be better.

Watched Toast Of London, quite good. Has a lot of good moments but also loses its way for spells. Toast Of Tinseltown however, that was absolutely dire!

Some of the lines are gold.

For example, "He's the kind of person who can talk about Boris Johnson, not in the context of a joke" had me poorless.

It's one of those shows which rewards talking about afterwards especially with a glass of something in your hand.

Started watching Ripley on Netflix. I loved the film so this takes a bit of getting used to. Been decent so far (2 episodes in) but it's almost too arty for its own good.

Been watching Hunters. Excellent so far
