I just started this last couple of weeks, almost finished season 2 now, this is way better than I expected, was struggling to find something to watch and put the first episode on not expecting much, I couldn't have been more wrong and I am loving this.
What a fantastic hour of tv last nights episode was, perfection from start to finish. Particularly June in the court scene.

I have caught up now and agree, hopefully the Waterford's get their comeuppance, what an actress the lassie that plays June, kills it every time, also shout out for Aunt Lydia, can't stand her but the show would not be the same without her, glad I got into this.

There was a film of the same name released a good few years ago (1990) that you will probably enjoy, that's why the tv series caught my attention.

Didn't know that, will go and check to see if I can find that now, I take it follows the same kind of storyline?

Just checked up on it the now, no bad cast with Faye Dunaway and Robert Duvall in the Waterford roles, i can't get enough of this story the now so it will be an interesting comparison

In all honesty I can't remember much about it but, it won't spoil the tv series as the film is based on the book and the tv series is now way past the ending of the book.

Must say this series of Baptiste is a pile of horse manure.

    Time to retire Julien.
I enjoyed it. I went back and watched the missing, where he first appeared, and I preferred the later Baptiste to be honest.

I'm sure Margaret Attwood was only involved in the first one or two series but, nothing after that.

Watched "Time" on the iPlayer recently

Wow, incredible TV. Stephen Graham and Sean Bean were outstanding (entire cast were to be fair)

    Really?

While maybe not quite as strong as the first season I thought it was pretty good and rather far removed from horse manure.

    War of the Worlds.

Not the terrible BBC version but the series shown on Sky(Fox I think)

S2 has appeared but now on Disney not quite as good as the first season but still a decent watch.

I’ll definitely give that a watch. It will be the first thing I’ve watched on Disney since I’ve had it.

Only got round to watching ‘time’ this last week or so. Good watch that could easily have had more episodes, although I found the third and final one a bit slower going.

Probably the best thing I’ve watched this year. I thought it would his usual fannying about, but it was much more than that.

I finished the man in the high castle last night. I really enjoyed it, but as is the way these days the ending left more questions than answers.
Has anyone watched the Chernobyl program on Netflix? I think it’s a Russian show so will probably be dubbed.

Whatever you think about Clarkson (I think he's a ****), he does make subjects that I have no interest in worth watching. I have no interest in cars or farming but do enjoy Top Gear and his farm programme.

Don’t know how I missed it getting released but just finished L’Immortale the movie about Ciro from Gomorrah.

I don’t understand that ending at all. It hasn’t really answered any of the questions and there’s not going to be another series.
Just finished it tonight, they must've had more episodes in the pipeline at some point.

The Walking Dead moved to Disney for its final season if anyone is suffering/sticking with it.
