Did anybody watch Quiz on ITV about the Who Wants To Be A Millionaire cheat? It's surprisingly very good and tense. I say surprisingly as I thought it was going to be a humdrum ITV drama, but it's actually very well done. Michael Sheen is superb as Chris Tarrant, and while I knew a little bit about the subject there's a lot more I didn't know. Only 3 episodes with the last one aired this past Wednesday. I definitely recommend it.

    Absolutely he did!

Good drama though and another amazing performance from Michael Sheen.

Gave up on S1. Looked a great idea but found it to be absolutely chronic. Amazed it got another season.

I watched it all and I’m surprised as well, saying that I’ll probably watch season 2.

Has anyone been watching Westworld? I’m quite surprised it’s not been mentioned.

I’ve been watching it. Don’t know what my thoughts on it are other than I find it completely confusing the **** out of me but an addictive & tense drama to watch if that makes any sense? I’ve stuck by it as I am intrigued to see how it will end but it’s not a show I’d binge again when it’s over.

'The Innocence Files' on Netflix is good.

It's a 9 part series about the Innocence Project in the US, I'm half way through it and enjoying it as well as being a little horrified.

I’m 5 episodes in to Caliphate and it’s tense, utterly gripping and proper edge of the seat TV.

A Swedish drama that switches back and forward from Syria to Sweden with the story centred around a planned IS attack on Sweden, the radicalisation of young swedes and the plight of a Swedish national married to an IS member and living in Syria.
Surprised it’s not attracting a lot more attention right now.

Hadn't heard of that. Have seen multiple documentaries about people who have been later convicted due to DNA advances but will be interesting to hear some stories of it being the reverse.

Watched a brilliant music programme on BBC 4 last night, probably been on before

    “How pop songs work”

Definitely worth a watch if you have a spare hour!

Years ago I remember watching a report on a music student who was writing his thesis on the music of Abba.

    It was truly fascinating.

Watched a documentary about Eel Pie Island, and the R&B music scene there at the time. Lots of bands like The Stones, The Yardbirds etc started there. Was quite interesting.

Watched it on BBC4 but it’s on the Iplayer.

Some trashy TV that's taking my mind off of things is Bondi Rescue - following the lifeguards on Bondi Beach. Most episodes are on YouTube and it's terrible TV but mindless and actually quite good fun and occasionally interesting.

Bosch is back on prime. Well worth a look, not too heavy good binging. Not much else to do for the next day or so

Not watched it yet but would probably watch Michael Sheen reading the telephone directory, he is fantastic. Matthew McFadyen isn't a bad actor either.

How have I missed this? Wrongful convictions are a bit of an obsession of mine since watching Making a Murderer. Some of the stories I’ve heard from America are truly disturbing, the evidence people are convicted on is unbelievable.

Highlight was Charlie Watts playing air drums. Even better, he got some noise out of them.
