Just finished 'Don't **** with Cats'.

Enjoyed it, it's a strange watch. Almost bordering on snuff movie at times. Some story though.

I have to say I found 'John Green' and 'Baudi Moovan' quite unlikeable. Her constant swearing and his pop psychology grated on me after a while.

I'm the same. They were beginning to annoy me a bit.

Mental story though. There's still one sick person out there - The question as to who the second pair of hands were in the 3rd cat video (who Luka claimed to be this Manny) was unanswered.

Anyone got any suggestions for kids' tv and films?

My wee girl has loved the Snowman, the Snowman and the Snowdog and the Grinch over Christmas and would continue to watch them constantly but they're going to need to "go away" soon.

Stickman as has been mentioned is excellent and she loves the Tiger Who Came to Tea.

A bit digging throws up people claiming they belonged to the owner of the snake who was a neighbour of Luka. I can't find any evidence to actually confirm that though.

    Messiah

Reviews suggest it’s a bit slow but enjoyed the first couple of episodes.

I done some digging and also found that in several places. One I seen seemed to suggest it was in an official police report, that she either confessed or willing came forward once the video was put on online. She claimed to be a neighbor, the snakes owner and had no idea a Animal would be hurt. Seems a bit strange still to me, but hey, who knows. I am sue the Police closed the case happy there was no others involved from a crime point of view.

As also said I too found the 2 main folk really annoying, the guy more so than the woman.

Dracula on BBC 1 is turning into a good watch. 3 part mini series started tonight over the next 2.
Thought the first two episodes were excellent, the last part though was a pile of dug poo. Not sure what they were thinking there.

That was my take on it as well, first two showed such promise and were fantastic

Finished series 2 of You and it’s genuinely my favourite new series in years. Excellent.

Halfway through Messiah on Netflix and also enjoying it

Netflix has done surprisingly well with the Witcher, I'm a huge fan of the books and even bigger with the games, I didn't hold out much hope and wasn't enthralled with their casting of Geralt but I really really enjoyed it and they've treated the source material with care
I'm half way through episode 3. No prior knowledge of game or books but series so far I fully recommend. Have to say seeing Henry Cavill as the lead nearly put me off but I'm glad I stuck it on. Definitely going to be looking into the books soon now 👍

Agreed, first two episodes were great but they inexplicably butchered the last episode.

Watched it all, one after the other, on Saturday night. 4 hours of riveting viewing.
There is no such thing as too much yarn, just not enough time.

How bad is Netflix? The choice of films is pathetic. What about films like the deer hunter etc.. could be so much better

Finished watching the two seasons of The Purge on Prime at the weekend. Thought it was ok, nothing special.

Also finished The Witcher on Netflix. I have never played the game nor read any of the books. Thought it starts off a little slow but picks up and leaves you looking forward to season 2.

Yep, my thought my too. First two were very good but that last one was indeed s****. Disappointing overall, considering the early promise of the first two episodes.

I find the whole idea of the purge utterly ridiculous. I know it’s just a tv show, but surely it has to have some kind of base in reality. Obviously I’ve not watched it so it might be the best show ever.

It's good so far. Yaxley-Lennon comes over as a frightened little boy sent to his room.
