Sincere condolences to the deceased's family and friends. Somethings transcend football rivalries and this is certainly one of them.

Tragic, shouldn't happen, going out to see your team and never returning. Thoughts are with his family.

It's obviously no great sympathy to his family but I can only imagine he died doing what he enjoyed most!
RIP.

After reading the thread on kickback I have to say that my heart also goes out to those who witnessed the incident. That feeling of being desperate to help but unable to do so.
So sad for the family of a guy who was just supporting his local team. This has happened far too often recently and I hope we don't hear about any more tragic incidents at games for a while.

Terrible tragedy and seems to be happening increasingly often.
Thoughts with family and friends and those who witnessed such a traumatic event.
