Arrogance is not always a negative. It usually comes from demonstrating certain qualities and achieving positive results over a period of time.
Putting allegiances and emotions aside and focusing objectively: Is our team outfighting and outperforming the opposition and ruthlessly putting the ball in the back of the net as often as Hearts are currently doing?
I for one also do not think that Hearts will fall - not with Levein as overlord. He knows how to set up a hard-to-beat team -even a team littered with average players, which is not the case with their current side. It is littered with experience, grit, quality and youthful vigour.
Alan Stubbs would love to see some of that Hearts arrogance in his own players, but, sadly, he does not. Instead, he talks of the legacy of last season and a losers mentality among some of his players. Negativity, unfortunately, is contagious. Our lot took a defeatist attitude into most games last season and, sadly, this is now spilling over into this season. He recognises it and likely sees it as his biggest challenge. Once we clear out the deadwood and losers and go for that final cull of all those tainted with relegation, then, and only then, might we start to see 11 fighters in the changing room with a collective arrogance borne of victory after victory.

Our last hope of lifting the club and supporters is what we do in the last two days of the transfer window. There is a slim chance of LG and McFadden is still looking for a club. Can anybody see this board doing what is required to land either. I cant.
