    Why did the referee (Brian McGinlay) not give Hibs a penalty in the 1979 Scottish Cup final when Huns goalie Peter McCloy took the legs away from Colin Campbell in the penalty box with the score at 0-0, and not long to go in the match?

    I think most people already know the answer to that question. Some things will never change.
