Its a nice looking top. It would have looked even nicer if it had a green collar.

I'm cutting the sleeves off both my home and away tops an switching them. Should make two half decent kits then!?!? :D
Actually now I think about it, its not a bad idea. Maybe we should all do it? ;)
If someone on here is a descent seamstress or taylor, could be a money spinner for you? You should prob do mine for free though? ;)Last edited by over the line; 25-07-2014 at 03:49 PM.

It's a standard Nike Laser II short sleeve football top you can get elsewhere for about £30. Is it worth an extra £14 for the Hibs badge. Hell, yes, because the club needs funds to progress, and I do like the way we are seeing that progression now. Much the same with the shorts and stock, again off the shelf Nike fare, with the club badge added.
I do like both strips this season, although I appreciate I'm in a minority. Not keen on the sponsors logo that clashes with the colours, but we need their money, so I accept we're stuck with it. It seems that Nike are only giving us 'standard' stock items this season though, hope we can get a better deal in the future, with a personalised design. Retro like the FF actually played in would be a nice touch?

Crabbie's have some kind of history, a little class plus their logo wasn't particularly invasive or out of place.
Don't think I'd like the Marathonbet branding even if was discretely placed on a naked and freshly oiled Kelly Brook.....

Thanks for your question Duncan. The retail price for the strip is £74. Only costs me a few quid to make as the wife runs them up on her grandmas old Singer sewing machine.
Duncan Bannatyne: I'm out but good luck anyway.

Will be buying this one. Glad to have a decent alternative to the home shirt because there is no way I'll be buying that.

Looks really mundane. The collar especially is poor. Looks like a cheap polo shirt with a pish sponser logo on the front. Nike need sacked instantly. My dog could come up with a better plan than this. Home and away shirts this year are rotten!! It just goes to show that when you have the mkney you can get away with anything. Thats the biggest advert I see here! Just aswell everything else about hibs is looking good this year though. In stubbs we trust! :)

Isn't it just the white polo shirt you could buy in the club shop last season with a sponsor's logos and some holes down the side?

I like it but it is completely lacking in any sort of imagination or unique-ness.
I really do hope we get rid of the nike kits when the deal with them is up, go with someone a bit more off-beat like Warrior or Under Armour or even LQS again.

Think the majority will go for away top, much better looking with the sponsor logo on white, sadly this looks rubbish on home top, tho where would we be without sponsorship?

Like the home kit it just looks a but cobbled together rather than a complete kit, even if the Nike swooshes on the shirt and socks were green it would have made such a difference but that's what you get when picking kits out of a catalogue
Hopefully after this deal is up in 2 years time we might go for Adidas, Warrior or Macron who will actually bother to make kits for us

I wonder in man united fans complained that their home top from last season was just an expensive polo top?
Some people on here are never happy.

Arnt all football shirts just expensive t-shirts or expensive polo shirts depending if they have a coller or not?

Top reminds me of Fulhams home top last year who iirc were/are sponsored by Marathon. Given the old red and green colour clash white was probably the best away option. Vast improvement on home top but that wasn't difficult.

Just ordered it. They were pretty rapid last time.
I recon Tuesday with a note through the door, so it will be in my hands Wednesday.
