Anyone else notice that Thomson was in charge of the shooting practice for 'attacking' players at the end of warm up. No sign of one of the actual coaching staff and someone who we are about to punt was chucking the ball up in the air making it hard for people to actually get a proper shot. Where were Malpas or Marsella....or even Maybury for that matter

It was the same at Hamilton too. Marsella was lurking close by but Thomson was feeding the ball.
No idea why, but since he's gone it won't matter now.

Hearts warmed up for 20 minutes, Hibs angry and p***** off - and that is before kick off and just the keepers
Added to this Marsella is a right moody, overweight, moany faced lump of a man who just dents the seat in the dug out.........that is all he does, dents seats.

Maybe to do with the fact Thomson was our midfield maestro? Passing practice for him as well after all

that was at the end of the shooting practice.
they had already tried the usual stuff with layoffs to the side.
there were only about 5 or 6 goals during the entire session
Pretty much sums up the season
