To be honest that applies to any player at any club. If we were still in the prem and a better team came in for our players we'd sell. That's how football works.

Another way of reading that might be we only want players genuinely committed to the cause - we'll need that mentality and loyalty if the club are to reach the levels we are capable of not the half hearted gutless leaderless disjointed effort that we've been subjected to for too long
