    Business Etiquette

Any new Chief Executive that starts in an organisation is allowed to put their own mark and structure on the business.

Butcher will be deciding today who stays and who goes.

But our new chief exec hasn't started and she may want butcher emptied. But will rod and farmer sanction the pay off.

Another example for me Rod will still be the boss. Thats why he said in statement that hes not walking away

Business etiquette would be ridding the club of a person who has overseen failure for the last 7 years - Sir Tom should do one thing and one thing only and that is buy out Rod Petrie and get him the hell out of our football club.

That is the only business etiquette that will mean anything to the support - that and paying off Butcher, Malpas and Marsella too.

A merry band of abject faliures the lot of them. Collectively knowing precious little about the way modern football is to be played.

Correct. You don't have to buy rod out just sack him. His shareholding is small and carries no power

10% in money terms is worthless. championship team. Big debts. Large costs to run business on a day to day basis.

Rod got the shares for free . He should gift them to a hibs supporters trust

Butcher might be deciding who stays or goes, as the football manager should, but they'll all be on the books till 30 June. Which of the imposters would you want to keep?

    LD starts on 1 June.

Another example of folk jumping the gun.

I'd imagine that Leann Dempster will be fully consulted on any decision made over the next few days.
