This is usually a good tournament as its an open draw format. Taylor on just now against an unknown so lets see how gets on. Should breeze it.

Taylor just bust 130 twice and trails 5-3.

This is brilliant seeing Taylor miss doubles galore. Kirk looking good!

The finishing in that leg was like a bad pub game!

Kirk did very well to hold his nerve. Taylor looks shot, and the end might well be nigh for him.

Superb! Taylor's just not throwing his darts right at all.

No Taylor post match interview. What a surprise!

Not really a surprise is it? They never usually have an interview with the loser so why should Taylor do it.

Anderson toiling against Ian White in Round 5.

Just lost a leg to go 7-4 down, in a first to 9 game where he had 3 darts at x10 (mind you, White missed a few to win that leg as well)

Made a mini comeback but lost 9-7.

Last leg they both hit 180's late on with White first getting down to 28, then Anderson hitting one getting to 41. White missed with his 3 leaving double 7, then Anderson missed and could only leave 20.

White took out 14, game over.

Because most darts fans would love to hear what he's got to say about his slump. He's always quick enough to give us his condescending pish when he wins.

    Here you go

I'm no Taylor fan but he is slagged when he speaks and TV companies are accused of pandering to him when he loses rather than focus on the guy who beat him. Sometimes he can't win.

BTW, he did sign the board when Anderson beat him on thursday which he never used to do so maybe he is accepting that his time is up.
