Explain how this is a good influence. If you aren't teaching them properly then you're not a good influence.
    Noun
The capacity to have an effect on the character, development, or behavior of someone or something, or the effect itself.

Sounds like a good influence to me if it truly was paddy that got rid of it.

Yeah I think he is. Plus Ramadan is finished and Eid was this past Thursday.

That is rubbish. Fenlons tactics may not be great, but he gives youth a chance, and he has got rid of the "George St culture" that was at the club.
I think you are forgetting that one of his players was injured for 2-3 months as the team were out on a George St night out?

    Agree his tactics aren't great.

After a sensible team building evening out some roaster smacks Deegan one and pelts it.
Nothing to do with the teams behaviour.

  8. #3067
So that was a sensible choice of venue for a "team building" night out?

I think it's easy to spin that story either way. I personally don't have a problem with the so called George St culture when the team were performing and scoring goals aplenty.

The likes of Boozy and Zemmama loved a night out, it never stopped them performing. Give me that over professional types who are crap footballers.

Is there a striker out there we could realistically get before the transfer window ends? I'd give my back teeth for a couple of goals just now. Collins needs help up there.

I don't understand why Caldwell hasn't been given some game time in the league.
We might have the answer, albeit not for 90 mins at every game at his age.

He's sounding frustrated on his twitter account.

I said exactly that after the game. He actually looked like he could put the ball in the net when given a chance last season, no idea why Handling seems to have taken priority.

True, and we've nothing to lose by giving him a start against Dundee United. Give the lad a chance to get a goal or two.

It wasn't Fenlon who got rid of LOB.

You obviously don't go up George Street much at the weekends and Tuesday nights, you will still see Hibs players up there every weekend.

I was the same. Him or Handling should have been brought on instead of Taiwo, and Taiwo should have started instead of OTJ. I think OTJ will come good but he hasn't proven himself yet so until he has gelled better in training or whatever, his position should go to Taiwo who was excellent in the 2nd half of last season.

Why would any player want to come to us at the moment they'd be mad.

With so much uncertainty over the manager's position, why would you sign for a manger who may/should not be here much longer.

Petrie needs to get it sorted now.

Wonder if we are one of them? Sure we were in for him last season before he signed a new deal.

Maybe but why spend so much on Collins unless Pat is given chance to use him in team ? Mc Court won`t be fully match fit for a few weeks so as a short term signing might be a risk financially at least . Still hope he signs if fit and motivated though . Hopefully all new players will be given 100% backing from fans in rest of season .

A fee would need to be involved as he still has a year left in his contract, and seeing as we already dished out 200k on Collins I seriously doubt we'd spend more money on a transfer fee.

Much more likely to be a free agent we're after IMO.

Neck on the chopper but I reckon we will go for Moore.

I also reckon we'll sign McCourt short term as well on pay as you play.

Seems like the sort of 'just what we need' type player. 6 goals and 16 assists. That would do for me.

I am sure he was mentioned last summer.

If and that's a big 'if' would he come to Hibs.

Do you actually think players sign these pay as you play contracts? Especially given it will be a short term contract if any.

neck on the chopper from me and say we won't sign him on a pay as you play if at all.
