I got upper section M for Savile country. Seems a pretty poor Hibs crowd so far.

Why don't we just give them the points, they might kick us and injure one or even more of our players.
We don't need this before the cup final, and the game is pointless anyway?

1) it perpetuates the "wee team" myth
2) it gives them less money so speeds up their long awaited demise

I never get why people care how many fans we take.
2 of the best atmospheres at Tynie in recent years have been when we only sold half the stand.

Perhaps we just shouldn't turn up to a final for a change and we might win the damn thing.

This was always going to be a poorly attended game by Hibs fans.
Relatively meaningless derby if there is such as thing.
Game on TV.
Kicking off at 12pm on a Sunday.
Fans looking to save cash for a big day out for the cup final.
The vast majority of team's results and performances have been poor for almost 6 months now.
The vast majority of team's results and performances have poor in derbies for what seems like forever but particularly so in the last few years.

If we only sell half the tickets, could we just announce it as a boycott? That's what they do whenever they have trouble selling their allocation for ER.
In fact, I believe they also had a partial boycott of the League Cup Semi and Final, accounting for the thousands of unsold tickets

As far as I can tell we have sold out two/three sections - poor but not terrible given the circumstances.
Is it our choice or theirs to not open the other two sections?

We can take 20,000+ to Hampden, but can't take 3,000 to a fixture in Edinburgh????

Don't think a crowd of about 1500 is that poor in the circumstances.
I'll be there but can understand why others won't. £22 on top of £35 already paid out for a cup final ticket, added to all the other expenses that go with a final and remembering a lot of final payments for summer holidayd are due in May means it's already an expensive month.

Dad bought me a ticket so I will be there. Now, where did I put my sombrero and beach ball?!

So some cannae be bothered with a Derby (and NO Derby is ever meaningless) in Edinburgh but more than happy to beg, steal or borrow a cup final ticket?
Mentality typical of the Hibs support. No wonder they call us the Wee Team, how often do Hearts struggle to sell half a stand at Easter Road?''It's always been just part of the culture. Growing up, for most working-class kids, is all about football, music or clothes. You might not have much money, but whatever you have got, you're going to look good.'' - Paul Weller

Seems like a dissapointing turnout so far. Good chance to get it up them before the final AND has the potential to be the last derby at Tynecastle given their current financial perils was expecting close to a sell out to be honest!

I'm nightshift Saturday. First Tynecastle Derby in years. Bring it on.
Would also play a lot of the youngsters, definitely rest Sparky.
