Heading to Ayr on Saturday so really need to have a look at this one soon.

The more I look at the race, the harder it seems to be to pick a winner.

Just noticed Grumeti is runnimg in the 2.40. Lovely horse who i've won big with before. If he's fit after over a year off then 4s looks great value.

    Problema Tic EW.
Stamina is suspect but I still expect it to be right up there at the end for a place.
    Every gimmick hungry yob,
Digging gold from rock and roll
Grabs the mic to tell us,
    He'll die before he's sold.

Had a decent wee day out at Ayr, the only Scottish course i'd never previously been to. Decent set up although cramming nearly 19000in was probably stretching it.

2 winners and a 2nd backed each way so was in profit for the day. Was with a mate who had never been near a racecourse before and only ever bet on the Grand National. He picked 7 of 8 winners and went home almost £1000 richer. Was well chuffed until we told him what the accumualtor would have paid!
