Whatever happened to Bikey and Elias Wagner?
One plays in Cyprus and the other sends recorded messages to football fans on Twitter and supports Dundee.

Ex Yam youth player who we were linked with a season or so back is having a mare for Stevenage today. Scored an og, been booked (11th of season!) & given a goal away! Can't believe we missed out on him!
Personally, I’m delighted we ended up signing him. He has proved to be worth every penny of the £8k per week we are paying him.

About as credible as Gauld scoring on Friday.

Someone mentioned David Gray in the favourite transfer rumours thread so I thought it would be funny to have a look, a google search of “David Gray Hibs.net” brought this one up, had a good laugh at it.

Has to be THE best dredged up thread ever!
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, vodka in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming, "WOO HOO what a ride!"

I know he made a mistake for the third goal however thought he looked composed and one of the few players looking to pass the ball on the beach of a pitch,

I'm with JimBhibees on this one, we should sign the guy as cover, he probably can't header a ball but can't be any worse than Kujabi.

Aye, was amusing to see your David Gray 'insight' back in 2013.

Your excellent 'this it how feels' posts will never be taken seriously again

Truly excellent! I had completely forgotten it (probably a deep psychosis thing! ). I've always prided myself on spotting a good player having a bad game & vice versa. May have to revise my own self opinion! TBF though I only commented factually on SDG's performance in that game & fortunately other more esteemed posters put my offering in the shade.
As a follow up, maybe you can find the thread where Stubbsy signed SDG?

Sometimes good players have bad games.

Sometimes good players look bad in a bad team.

Sometimes good players look bad in bad conditions.

Sometimes good posters make bad judgements.

Honestly, when the SDG statue goes up outside ER, this should be inscribed on the base as a warning to future generations.

This is why all of us are arguing on the internet rather than managing a professional football team.

That having a negative opinion or making a negative prediction about a player before he signs obviously has no correlation to his performances on the pitch so people should stop getting themselves worked into a frenzy every time someone does it.

Everyone is allowed one mistake in life.

I got something wrong once myself, can't remember what it was for sure but think it might have been when we signed Rowan Vine or Kuqi or appointed Butcher or Calder wood, or was it thinking the Scottish cup was in the bag when we swapped Ian Munro for Ally Scott and Graham Fyfe?
