I have a Galaxy Ace, any idea if it is a big improvement on that?

Other than internal memory I'm happy with the ace.

Edit: Also, which HTC was it? The HTC Desire X and Samsung Galaxy SIII mini are the two I'm looking at.

I have the htc desire HD and think it was one down from that. I do know he went for the mini as he was only paying a few quid a month, he might have said around 14... My memory is shocking so i'll forget to ask :-).
