Just commented on the upcoming gigs thread before I saw this! I will be there , no way I'd miss that line up! The roses were awesome at Heaton park and at TITP plus the chance to see finally get to see primal scream will be class! The view are always great and jake bugg will be good as well I'd imagine. What a line up!

The only way you'll get that is by sacking the singer...

What night were you at? I was there on the Sunday and thought they were amazing. Sound was good enough. Maybe it was just where I was standing.

I went on first night Friday and thought sound was good too. I was right down front in inner circle bit, middle which I thinked helped. Heard lot of folk saying sound was poor way at back on way out....often find that te case if your that far back outdoors.

Well done good effort. I might need to try that next time there Are tickets I want, Internet isn't becoming as easy as use to be.

Every time I know it's gonna be hard to get tickets for a gig I'm gonna do that from now on.

There was only about 8 folk infront of me when I got there, and by the time it came to 9:30 about roughly 30 folk behind me.

I got one ticket yesterday morning from the Ticketmaster website.

I'm slightly concerned that they are selling 50,000 tickets. I believe the original Glasgow Green gig had less than 10,000 people there.

I was there on the Friday night and it was blowing a gale and the sound was bouncing around all over the place

Procured a ticket on eBay for 85 quid after missing out. Not bad at all as I was expecting to have to take a major financial hit for it! Cannot wait , it is going to be some day/night!

Gig in the green had three or four stages with different bands playing them. If I remember right it was only the dance tent that was, well in a tent.
